Mr. Bartels provides detailed estimates and scopes of repair. Because of his knowledge and expertise in the construction field, he is an invaluable resource to evaluate and determine cost of repairs in a wide variety of construction circumstances and also provides expert witness testimony in legal proceedings.

Nelmar has been exporting complete housing packages to Japan since 1996. Nelmar can use foreign designed plans to provide California-style construction plans. Shipped in containers, each package includes all the materials needed to build from the foundation to the finished project. Every construction package is prepared, packaged and shipped according to Nelmar's exacting standards. With our years of accumulated experience, our customers can be assured that they are receiving the highest quality construction materials and products available.

Nelmar specializes in applying California-style construction to pre-existing structures or to new construction. California construction standards and codes provide superior strength against earthquake and windstorm damage. Additionally, Nelmar uses only quality Douglas Fir lumber rather than kiln-dried spruce for improved structural integrity.
